A Final Halloween Craft for 2012
I don't sew much....but this did come out pretty dang cute!
Introducing Candy Corn Nicholas!
I got the idea from Pinterest from a very cute knitted version of a candy corn costume for an infant. Since I don"t knit I decided fleece was my best bet. I took measurements from Nick's Halo Sleep Sack and widened the bottom to give it the right shape. Rather than try to make sleeves I just dressed him in a long sleeved, white body suit. The whole project took about an hour and cost about $6 in fabric.
Not too bad, huh? And it made him extra snuggly too!
