And A Little Hug...

Happy Thursday!

Design team time for A Jillian Vance Design! This week I have a little treat to go with my card from last week. I used the A {Little} Love stamp set with the {die}lightfully Charming Circle Die to add a little tag to a simple sour cream treat container.

These are so easy to make! Can you believe that this was my first? Seriously, I tend to go for more difficult projects and when I do finally make some of these super simple ones it just makes me smile.

Just a Little Kiss

It's Thursday Again....

This week at A Jillian Vance Design we are starting to work on Valentine's projects. This week I have a simple card using the Sending My Love stamp set.

I used my eClips and the standard shapes in the ECAL library to cut several hearts in different shades of purple. In place of one of the hearts I stamped the little heart outline and Kiss Me stamps from the Sending My Love stamp set.

As an added element I added the lips stamp on one of the hearts.

Inside is just a simple sentiment.

Santa Baby....

Happy Thursday!

Thursday means it's A Jillian Vance Design team day. So, here we are, 10 days before Christmas.... Have you sent out your cards yet? No? Don't worry neither have I! But I have come up with a super simple, fast to put together card that just might make it in the mail at my house...

This one is so easy! All you need is half of an 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of cardstock, pop dots and a paper trimmer. (Or in my case some Spellbinders Nestabilities Dies).  Cut the cardstock in half and fold to make your base. Adhere a 2" wide strip of black cardstock across the middle of the card. Cut a square for the buckle and pop dot to the middle, then add a smaller black square with pop dots on top of that. And you have a Santa Card! I inked the edges of the card with black ink, and the edges of the black paper with some white ink to add some detail.

I finished it off with the sentiment from the Santa Baby Stamp Set, but you really could use any Christmas themed sentiment.

Inside I added another sentiment from the same set.

Seriously, a five minute card. How awesome is that?

Wish...

Happy Thursday!

You know what Thursday is - Design team time over at A Jillian Vance Design! Only 19 days left until Christmas! Are you finished shopping? Wrapping presents? Maybe you need a gift tag? You're in luck! I happen to have a simple tag for you right here...

Why yes, that IS pink on that tag! I was inspired by all the funky pink themed trees in Target this year and thought it would be fun to do a Christmas tag using something other than the usual holiday colors.

I used the Just Snowflakes, Winter Wishes, and {die}verse Christmas Tags stamp sets, and the {die}verse Tag Die. I stamped all my snowflakes, the snowman, and sentiment using black ink then embossed it with clear, sparkly embossing powder.

Then, I went over the whole tag with Tim Holtz Distress Ink in Picked Raspberry, Peacock Feathers, and Iced Spruce, I added some fibers and the small tag with a Pear Pin.
